For off-campus access to CLA Online, follow the below steps:

Step 1:- Go to the Remotlog Portal and login with your JGU Outlook account.

Step 2:- Go to 'All Database' and select 'Corporate Law Advisor Online' from the list.

Step 3:- On the right side of the screen, select 'Click here to login'

What is Corporate Law Adviser Online
It is the premier online e-library for legal knowledge on Business legislation, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Company Law Adviser has been publishing and maintaining it since 1950.
Coverage
Case laws: It includes case laws from the following courts and tribunals mainly on Business Legislation:
  • Supreme Court from 1950 onwards
  • All High Courts
  • National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Competition Commission of India (CCI), and other 25 Tribunals
Articles: It covers around 2431 articles from 1950 onwards on various business legislation topics like Arbitration law, competition law, Company law, Corporate law, Consumer protection law, etc.

Notifications/Circulars: It covers around 2698 notifications and 5193 circulars of business legislation from 1950 onwards, and till now, it's expanding.

Legislation: It covers around 175 relevant Acts, Rules, Regulations, and Guidelines that are amended regularly to keep the legislation up-to-date.
