Is the access guaranteed for every title listed in the EBA ebook collection?
Books accessed via an EBA are leased rather than bought, allowing for titles to be added or occasionally removed throughout the subscription period. Upon its conclusion, we will acquire the most frequently accessed titles for our permanent collection.
