1 What types of files can be uploaded to CaseIQ?
You can upload MS Word, PDF files (containing searchable text), plain text files, URLs, or paste text directly. Additionally, you can upload an image or scanned copy of a legal document, and the built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) module will convert it into a digital format. We understand that having a digital copy of a legal document may not always be possible, but please ensure the images have good resolution for optimal results.
